Brevard College Google accounts are deactivated approximately 90 days after graduation.
Prior to this 90 day period, account data can be archived or migrated to an alumni Gmail account (or a separate personal account).

Step 1: Identify an account the data can be migrated to.

Select One:

Step 2: You have multiple options:

  • Option 1 - Google to Google: You can transfer the contents of your Brevard College Google account to another Google account, such as an alumni account or a personal account. Use the Google Takeout Transfer site.
  • Option 2 - Create an Archive: You can create an archive of your Brevard College Google account data. This archive can be saved anywhere you would like to save it such as an external storage device or the Google Drive tied to your new Google account. You also have the option to import the data into a new Google account, such as an alumni account.

If you wish to import (upload) data into a new Google account, follow the instructions below based on the type of data you wish to import (you cannot import mail at this time - see option 1 to learn how you can copy emails into a new Google account).
