Coordinating individual meeting times with a lot of students can be stressful for instructors and the students. There's a way to greatly simplify the process by using the appointments feature within Google Calendar. It's super simple for faculty and students to use.
When you're using Google Calendar appointments, students simply click a link to your "appointment calendar". They can see what time slots are still available. Selecting a time slot automatically adds their meeting to their calendar, your calendar, and it sends each of you an email confirmation.
